Teapac is an tea industry specific ERP software covering Payroll, Inventory, Accounting, Plantation, Factory and Budgeting. The software is developed in the SQL server database with VB and Crystal reports. The selected candidate will head the team for development, implementation, training and support of this enterprise software solution at various tea estates. The job will include inter alia, supervision of the development and support team, co ordination with the tea estates and Company Head Offices, ensuring a time bound development and implementation plan, troubleshooting day to day on site problems, future software development issues and planning the implemetation process for new gardens. The job demands good managerial and communication skills, ability to travel extensively, expert knowledge of tea garden systems, sound database and programming knowledge and customer interaction. RDG Systems has immediate vacancies for Accountants to implement an ERP Software in the tea gardens. Persons with sound accounting background and experience of working or auditing tea gardens will be considered. The selected candidates will be based in our Kolkata office but will be required to travel extensively to the tea gardens. The responsibility includes implementation of our payroll, inventory, accounting, manufacturing and budget modules, training of the users, trouble shooting problems and completing the job within a stipulated time frame.
